The Clean Stride mat frame is designed to hold adhesive inserts that captures smaller dust and dirt.Just two steps on a Clean Stride adhesive insert removes over 90% of dirt particles, making this mat ideal for clean rooms, healthcare facilities, school gymnasiums, server rooms, and other areas sensitive to dirt and dust particles.

Adhesive inserts are sold separately, each with 60 numbered layers. Clean Stride mats are not recommended for use in wet areas.

Material: Made from solution-dyed PET (polyethylene terephthalate), with up to 3% latex content.

Weight: 24 ounces per square yard.

Construction: Needle-punched.

BACKING / RUBBER FRAME

Material: SBR rubber, available in smooth or universal cleated options.

Thickness: 138 mil.

INSERTS

Material: LDPE (low-density polyethylene).

Thickness per Sheet: 1.77 mil (0.045 mm).

60 numbered layers per pad/mat.

Overall Mat Thickness: 3/8 inch (0.375 inches).

STANDARDS & TESTING (Applicable to PET mat surface, not inserts)

Complies with flammability standard DOC-FF1-70.

To clean Clean Stride mats, follow these steps:

Vacuum Regularly:

  • In high-traffic areas, vacuum daily.
  • In areas with less foot traffic, vacuum weekly to remove dust, debris, and light dirt.

Deep Cleaning:

  • For heavy soil, use extraction cleaning or rinse the mat with a hose as needed.

Drying:

  • Hang the mat to dry completely.

Reinstallation:

  • Ensure the mat is fully dry before putting it back in use or storing it.
