ColorGlow Impressions HD Custom Shape mats can be cleaned using the following methods:

Commercial Laundering:

• This is an option (refer to Laundering Instructions), but note that not all shapes are suitable for laundering.

Regular Vacuuming:

• Recommended daily in high-traffic areas and weekly in lower-traffic settings.

Heavy Dirt Removal:

• Use an extractor or hose off the mat as needed to remove heavy dirt and debris.

Drying:

• Hang the mat to dry completely.
• Always ensure the mat is fully dry before returning it to service.

Commercial Laundering for ColorGlow Impressions HD Custom Shape mats:

• Note: This may not be suitable or recommended for all shapes. Proper laundering is essential to extend the mat’s lifespan by preventing the accumulation of soil and soap residues.

Laundering Process:

Flush:

• 2-3 minutes with medium water level at 120°F (49°C).

Optional Flush:

• An additional 2-3 minutes with medium water level at 120°F (49°C).

Break:

• 5-10 minutes with a high water level at 120°F (49°C).

Rinse:

• 2 minutes with a high water level, cold.

Second Rinse:

• Another 2 minutes with a high water level, cold.

Extract (Low Speed):

• 1-2 minutes.

Shake Out:

• Rotate the wheel at wash speed with the drain open for 1 minute.

Extract (High Speed):

• 3-5 minutes at maximum 250 Gs.

Dry:

• 5-10 minutes at a basket temperature of 180°F (82°C).

Cool Down:

• 5 minutes.

Post-Laundering:

• After washing or drying, lay mats flat to cool before rolling.
• For heavily soiled mats, increase the wash temperature to a maximum of 140°F (60°C).
• Ensure the break does not exceed a pH of 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
• Avoid over-drying; the dryer basket temperature should not exceed 180°F (82°C).
• If mats are not dried, increase the final rinse temperature to 140°F (60°C) to reduce moisture retention after extraction.
