Description

EaseFlow Mat is a flow-through mat with excellent anti-fatigue properties designed for wet areas where grease, oil, and chemicals may be present. EaseFlow Mat are made with a durable nitrile rubber foam that features an anti-microbial treatment designed to help prevent odors.

The high-density closed cell nitrile rubber provides excellent anti-fatigue qualities to help reduce leg and back pain caused by standing for long periods. EaseFlow Mathave a flexible design that makes them easy to handle and clean, and the durable nitrile rubber construction can withstand commercial laundering.

These mats are grease and oil proof, chemical resistant, and provide excellent traction even in wet environments. Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Material: High-density, closed-cell nitrile rubber foam.

STANDARDS & TESTING

Meets the DOC-FF1-70 flammability standard.
Certified as high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).
Rated as static dissipative for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge).
Complies with fungal resistance standard ASTM G21.
Compression Deflection:
43.8% at 20 psi.
55.7% at 40 psi.
ASTM C1028-96 Static Coefficient of Friction:
Dry: 1.00.
Wet: 0.91.

EaseFlow Mat can be cleaned using various methods:

Commercial Laundering:

  • Follow the provided laundering instructions.

Autoclaving:

  • Sterilize in an autoclave.

Commercial Dishwasher:

  • Wash in a commercial dishwasher (verify local health code restrictions).

Hand Washing:

  • Scrub with a deck brush, if necessary, using a detergent with a neutral pH.

Rinsing:

  • Rinse thoroughly with a hose or pressure washer.

Drying:

  • Hang the mat to dry completely.
  • Ensure the mat is fully dry before returning it to use.

EaseFlow Mat can be cleaned commercially to eliminate oil, grease, and dirt. The following procedure is designed to dissolve grease residue by using hot water to emulsify oils and grease, without requiring intensive mechanical action or drying.

Cleaning Procedure:

  • Flush: 2-3 minutes with a high water level at 120°F (49°C).
  • Break: 5-10 minutes with a high water level at 140°F (60°C).
  • Rinse: 2 minutes with a high water level at 120°F (49°C).
  • Final Rinse: 2 minutes with a high water level using cold water.

Post-Wash Instructions:
After washing, lay the mats flat and allow them to cool before rolling them up.
