EaseScrape Mat feature excellent anti-fatigue properties and are designed for areas where grease, oil, and chemicals may be present.EaseScrape Mat are made with a durable nitrile rubber foam that features an anti-microbial treatment designed to help prevent odors.

The high-density closed cell nitrile rubber provides excellent anti-fatigue qualities to help reduce leg and back pain caused by standing for long periods.

EaseScrape Mat have a flexible design that makes them easy to handle and clean, and the durable nitrile rubber construction can withstand commercial laundering.

These mats are grease and oil proof, chemical resistant, and provide excellent traction even in wet environments.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

EaseScrape Mat Cleaning Instructions

Cleaning Methods:

  1. Commercial Laundering: Follow the Laundering Instructions for details.
  2. Autoclave Sterilization: Can be sterilized in an autoclave.
  3. Hand Washing:
    • Scrub: Use a deck brush as needed with a neutral pH detergent.
    • Rinse: Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
  4. Drying: Hang the mat to dry.

Important: Ensure that the mat is completely dry before returning it to use.

Commercial Laundering Procedure:

Flush:

  • 2-3 minutes with a high water level at 120°F (49°C).

Break:

  • 5-10 minutes with a high water level at 140°F (60°C).

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes with a high water level at 120°F (49°C).

Rinse Again:

  • 2 minutes with a high water level using cold water.

After Washing: Lay the mats flat to cool before rolling them.
