Description

The ComfortHub Mat is 7/16″ thick and constructed from nitrile rubber. It features an anti-microbial treatment that provides lifetime protection from odors and degredation.The edges are beveled to provide a safe transition from the floor to the mat, and it is certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).

It is grease and oil proof, chemical resistant, and welding safe. It features a flexible construction that makes it easy to move and clean, and it has drainage holes, making it ideal for use in wet areas.

The ComfortHub Mat features nitrile foam designed to withstand grease, oil, and chemicals, and an anti-microbial treatment that makes it resistant to odors and degredation.

ComfortHub Mat Cleaning Instructions

Cleaning Methods:

  1. Commercial Laundering
    (Refer to Laundering Instructions)
  2. Sterilization in an Autoclave
  3. Hand Washing:
    • Scrub: Use a deck brush as necessary with a neutral pH detergent.
    • Rinse: Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
    • Dry: Hang the mat to dry.

Important: Ensure the mat is completely dry before returning it to use.

Commercial Laundering Process:

Flush:

  • 2-3 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C)

Break:

  • 5-10 minutes at a high water level, 140°F (60°C)

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C)

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level, cold water

After Washing: Lay the mats flat to cool before rolling them up.
