Description

CloudEase Impressions mats feature the same excellent anti-fatigue qualities of a standard CloudEase mat but can be customized with your logo or message.

The 5/8″ high-density nitrile-blended cushion provides years of useful service life and is molded, not glued to the nitrile rubber surface so it will not separate.

The durable nitrile rubber surface is welding safe, grease/oil proof, and chemical resistant. CloudEase mats are made in the USA and certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).

Please note that mat sizes are approximate (tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%) and the polymetric film with your logo/imprint will be less resistant to elements than the mat itself.

MADE IN THE USA: Mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Please note that the polymetric film with your logo/imprint will be less resistant to elements than the mat.

Customizing Hog Heaven Anti-Fatigue Mats

A digital print on polymetric film allows for customization of the Hog Heaven anti-fatigue mat with logos, images, and messages.

Please refer to the product’s Price List for details on the one-time PMS color matching setup fee. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched per design.
Text Requirements

  • Minimum Text Height: 1/4″
  • Minimum Line Thickness: 1/16″

Note: These requirements are for general use. Special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Color Considerations

  • White: Prone to discoloration and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. Instead, use one of the following light colors: F5, N9, or N10. Note that the background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors as it makes it difficult to maintain a clean logo through the manufacturing process.

Maximum Imprint Area by Mat Size

  • 2′ x 3′ (24″ x 33″): 12″ x 22″
  • 3′ x 5′ (32″ x 58″): 24″ x 44″
  • 4′ x 6′ (46″ x 69″): 36″ x 50″

Color Matching Notes
We strive to match PMS colors as closely as possible; however, exact color matching can be extremely challenging.

Variations may occur due to factors such as the hot press used to combine the rubber surface and cushion backing, which often causes the color to lighten.

While we can get close to most PMS colors, the final color may vary slightly. Additional time is required to create a proof sketch for the closest possible PMS color match.

Melt point over 500 degrees F. Tested at temperatures up to 1800 degrees F for welding/slag resistance (specific results from test available upon request)

CloudEase Impression Mat Cleaning Instructions

Detergent:

  • Use a detergent with a neutral pH.

Rinsing:

  • Rinse the mats thoroughly with a hose.

Drying:

  • Lay the mats flat or hang them to dry.

 

Important: Ensure the mats are completely dry before placing them back in service.
