Oil Magnet pads are designed to absorb grease, oil, and other fluids to protect floors and equipment.

These pads are tufted at 28 ounces per square yard for excellent absorbency and featured cotton duck backing with taped borders.

Oil Magnet Mat Cleaning Instructions

Oil Magnet mats should be cleaned commercially on a regular basis to remove grease, oil, and dirt.

Do not wash Oil Magnet mats with nylon or other synthetic carpet yarn mats to avoid damaging them.1.Laundering Process
Flush:

  • 2-3 minutes at a medium water level, 120°F (49°C).

Optional Flush:

  • 2-3 minutes at a medium water level, 120°F (49°C).

Break:

  • 5-10 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C).

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level with cold water.

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level with cold water.

Extract:

  • 1-2 minutes at low speed.

Shake Out:

  • Rotate the wheel at wash speed with the drain open for 1 minute.

Extract:

  • 3-5 minutes at high speed (250 Gs).

Dry:

  • 15-30 minutes at a basket temperature of 180°F (82°C).

Cool Down:

  • 5 minutes.

2.Post-Laundering Care

  • Ensure the mats are completely dry to prevent mildew growth in the cotton yarn.
