ProvisionGuard Plus Mat feature a slip-resistant rubber backing and a solution-dyed carpet surface designed to stop dust, dirt, and moisture at your door and provide a safe walking surface.The high-twist, heat-set nylon resists crushing to better trap dirt and extend the useful life of the mat.The solution-dyed nylon surface is fade-resistant and impervious to bleach.

These mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) and proudly made in the USA.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

ProvisionGuard Plus Mat offers versatile cleaning options:

Commercial Laundering:

  • Follow specific laundering instructions.

Regular Vacuuming:

  • Daily for high-traffic areas.
  • Weekly for lower-traffic spaces.

Extractor Cleaning:

  • Use an extractor to remove deep soil.

Drying:

  • Hang the mat to dry completely.

Important: Always ensure mats are dry before returning them to service. Allow them to cool before rolling.

ProvisionGuard Plus Mat with nitrile rubber backing can be commercially laundered to extend their lifespan by avoiding the accumulation of soil and soap residues.

For heavily soiled mats:

  • Raise the temperature up to 140°F (60°C).
  • Ensure that the break pH does not exceed 9.5.
  • Use low pH non-ionic detergents.

Laundering Instructions:

  • Flush: 2-3 minutes at a medium water level, 120°F (49°C)
  • Optional Flush: 2-3 minutes at a medium water level, 120°F (49°C)
  • Break: 2-3 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C)
  • Rinse: 2 minutes at a high water level, cold
  • Second Rinse: 2 minutes at a high water level, cold
  • Extract (Low Speed): 1-2 minutes
  • Shake Out: Rotate the wheel at wash speed with the drain open for 1 minute
  • Final Extract (Low Speed): 3-5 minutes
  • Dry: 5-10 minutes with a basket temperature of 180°F (82°C)
  • Cool Down: 5 minutes

Post-Wash Instructions:
After removing mats from the washer or dryer, lay them flat to cool before rolling. Avoid over-drying; the dryer’s basket temperature should not exceed 180°F (82°C). If mats aren’t dried, the final rinse can be increased to 140°F (60°C) to reduce moisture retention after extraction.
