UltraScrape Outdoor Logo Mat feature your custom logo or artwork overlaid onto a UltraScrape mat. Multi-color images are created by molding a digitally printed polymetric material into the durable nitrile rubber surface of the mat.
UltraScrape mats feature surface cleats that effectively remove and trap dirt and sand below shoe level to prevent tracking. They are lightweight, flexible, and easy to clean.
UltraScrape mats are made in the USA and certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).
UltraScrape Impressions mats feature your custom logo or artwork overlaid onto a UltraScrape mat. Multi-color images are created by molding a digitally printed polymetric material into the durable nitrile rubber surface of the mat.
EASY TO CLEAN: Lightweight flexible design ensures easy handling and cleaning (shake off soil and hose off); can be commercially laundered
MADE IN THE USA: Mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

A digital print on polymetric film allows customers to customize the SuperScrape mat with logos, images, and messages.  Please refer to this product’s Price List for details on the one-time PMS color matching set-up fee. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched per design.

These text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.
White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The product’s color palette offers three light colors to use in place of White: F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.

We will do our best to match a PMS color, however, color matching can be extremely challenging. Although we can get close, color is never an exact science and variations will occur. An exact color match is vulnerable to many factors, including the fact that we use a hot press to combine the rubber surface and cushion backing. Heat from the press often causes the color to lighten. Typically, we can get close to most PMS colors, but the final color may be a few shades off. For the PMS color to be as close as possible, we require additional time to create the proof sketch.

UltraScrape Impressions mats can be cleaned using the following instructions:
Laundering and Cleaning:
- Mats can be commercially laundered (see laundering instructions) or cleaned using detergent with a natural pH.
- Rinse with a hose after cleaning.
- Lay the mats flat or hang them to dry.
Post-Cleaning:
- Always ensure the mat is fully dry before placing it back in service.
Periodic Commercial Laundering:
- UltraScrape Impressions mats can be commercially laundered periodically to remove soil.
The following formula does not require extensive mechanical action or drying, though mats can be dried if necessary:
- Flush: 2-3 minutes, medium water level, cold.
- Break: 5-10 minutes, high water level, 120°F (49°C).
- Rinse: 2 minutes, high water level, cold.
- Rinse: 2 minutes, high water level, cold.
- Drain: 2 minutes.
Post-Laundering:
- Lay the mats flat after removing them from the washer.
