Constructed with highly-absorbent cotton yarn and grease/oil resitant nitrile rubber.Motion Grip Mats are ideal for soaking up contaminants such as hydraulic fluid, coolant, water, condensation, oils, and solvents.

Commercially launderable

Made in the USA. Please note, mat size is approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

SURFACE
Material: 100% cotton yarn
Weight: 20 ounces per yard²
Substrate: Woven cotton duck fabric (10.8 ounces per yard²)

BACKING
Material: Nitrile rubber (available in smooth or universal cleated)

Thickness Options:

Standard: 52-mil (body thickness 52-mil; border thickness 94-mil)

Motion Grip Matscan be cleaned following these steps:

Rinse off as required

Extract or wash off to remove significant soil or debris

Hang the mat to dry

Ensure the mat is completely dry before returning it to service

Note: Textiles saturated with oil or solvents should be stored and disposed of in accordance with local regulations. This includes the proper disposal of any oil or solvent residues. Consult your local guidelines for specific disposal procedures.

MotionGrip Mats can be periodically cleaned using a commercial laundry process to eliminate grease, oil, and dirt. Adjustments to the cleaning formula may be necessary based on the type and amount of soil to improve results, such as extending break times, increasing temperature, or adding more rinses.

To avoid pilling on other mats, do not wash Action Mats with mats made from nylon or other synthetic fibers.

Cleaning Instructions:

Flush: 2-3 minutes at medium water level, 120°F (49°C)

Optional Flush: 2-3 minutes at medium water level, 120°F (49°C)

Break: 5-10 minutes at high water level, 120°F (49°C)

Rinse: 2 minutes at high water level, cold

Rinse: 2 minutes at high water level, cold

Extract: Low speed for 1-2 minutes

Shake Out: Rotate wheel at wash speed with drain open for 1 minute

Extract: High speed (250 Gs) for 3-5 minutes

Dry: 15-30 minutes at 180°F (82°C) basket temperature

Cool Down: 5 minutes

Ensure mats are completely dry to prevent mildew formation in the cotton yarn.
