Restroom Service mats are commercially launderable and designed for long-term use, making them ideal for those seeking an eco-friendly alternative to disposable restroom mats.

The water dam border traps liquids, keeping floors dry while the bi-level surface ensures liquids remain beneath foot level to keep shoes dry and minimize tracking.

The fabric surface is made from PET, an eco-friendly fabric that dissipates moisture and dries quickly, and is fade-resistant and impervious to bleach.

Restroom Services Mat Laundering Instructions:

Proper laundering of Restroom Services mats will extend their service life by preventing the accumulation of soil and soap residue.

You may need to adjust the following formula to increase break time, temperature, or the number of rinses to achieve optimal results.

For hygiene purposes, it is recommended to maintain the break temperature at 140°F (60°C).

Avoid washing Restroom Services mats with cleated general-use mats, as this can cause pilling on the fabric surface.
1.Laundering Process
Flush:

  • 2-3 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C).

Break:

  • 5-10 minutes at a high water level, 140°F (60°C).

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level, cold water.

2.Post-Laundering Care
Drying:

  • After washing, lay the mats flat with the nap side down to allow water to drain out. Once dry, roll the mats with the nap facing outward for delivery.

Lint Removal:

  • Drying is usually unnecessary. If excess lint is present, tumble the mats for 5 minutes on a cool-down cycle without heat.

3.Detergent Guidelines
pH Level:

  • Avoid using high pH detergents, alkali, or solvents. The break pH should not exceed 9.5.

Detergent Type:

  • Use a low pH, non-ionic detergent at a concentration of 2-4 oz. per 100 lbs. of mats. Consult your chemical supplier for precise measurements.
