SecureEase Comfort is a slip-resistant mat with anti-fatigue properties designed to provide steady footing and mild relief for those who stand for long periods of time.

Rubber nubs provide traction; beveled edges provide a safe transition from floor to mat; certified high traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).

The high-density closed-cell nitrile rubber foam provides excellent anti-fatigue qualities. Steady Comfort mats feature an anti-microbial treatment that provides lifetime protection from odors and degradation. It is grease and oil proof, chemical resistant, and welding safe.

It features a lightweight flexible construction that makes it easy to move and clean and is commercially launderable.

SecureEase Comfort Mat Cleaning Instructions

SecureEase Comfort mats can be cleaned using the following methods:
1.Commercial Laundering

  • Refer to specific Laundering Instructions for details.

2.Autoclave Sterilization

  • Sterilize the mat using an autoclave.

3.Hand Washing

Scrubbing:

  • Use a deck brush to scrub the mat as needed with a detergent that has a neutral pH.

Rinsing:

  • Rinse thoroughly using a hose or pressure washer.

Drying:

  • Hang the mat to dry completely. Ensure it is fully dry before returning it to use.

4. Commercial Cleaning

  • SecureEase Comfort mats can be commercially cleaned to remove oil, grease, and dirt using the following process, which minimizes mechanical action and drying by emulsifying oils and grease with hot water:

Flush:

  • 2-3 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C).

Break:

  • 5-10 minutes at a high water level, 140°F (60°C).

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level, 120°F (49°C).

Rinse:

  • 2 minutes at a high water level with cold water.

Post-Cleaning Care

  • Lay the mats flat after washing and allow them to cool before rolling.
