GripStep mats provide slip-resistant floor protection in a variety of settings.

The solid 1/8″ durable nitrile rubber lasts for years and will not crack or curl.

Traction Tread mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) and are grease/oil proof, chemical resistant, welding safe, and have an ESD rating of electrically conductive.

GripStep mats are designed to provide slip-resistant floor protection in a variety of settings.

MADE IN THE USA: Please note, mat size is approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

CONSTRUCTION

SURFACE

Material: Solid nitrile rubber.

Thickness: 1/8 inch (0.125″).

STANDARDS & TESTING

Meets the flammability standard BS 4790 Metal Nut Method.

Certified for high traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).

ASTM C1028-96 static coefficient of friction:

Dry: 0.97

Wet: 0.93

ESD Rating: Electrically conductive.

Melt Point: Exceeds 500 degrees F. Tested for welding and slag resistance at temperatures up to 1800 degrees F.

GripStep Mat – Cleaning Instructions

Scrub as Needed:

  • Use a deck brush for scrubbing when necessary.

Use a Neutral pH Detergent:

  • Apply a detergent with a neutral pH.

Rinse Thoroughly:

  • Rinse the mat using a hose or pressure washer.

Dry Properly:

  • Lay the mat flat or hang it up to dry completely.

Final Step:

  • Ensure the mat is fully dry before returning it to service.
